Nepenthes veitchii ‘Murud striped’ x ‘Yellow peristome’

A horticultural seed-grown Nepenthes veitchii grex from Christian Klein. The seed parent is his fantastically stripy ‘Gunung Murud’ form of the species, shown in the third photo. This is a great opportunity to own a unique seed-grown form of one of my all-time favourite Nepenthes species.

Remember that N. veitchii tend not to show their adult traits until they’re quite large - in fact, some of my nicest specimens only started exhibiting their best qualities once they were much bigger than these plants. As such, you can expect some exciting variation between these individuals as they grow up.

I grow N. veitchii successfully in my highland greenhouse, but it generally prefers the warmer time of year here in the UK. For more cultivation advice, see my Nepenthes Growing Guide.

These are small plants (7-10cm diameter), sent potted. Only a few available. See delivery information.
